The Globe does not discuss the so-called “Climate Change Treaty” which is being considered for signature and approval by December 2009. (Russia, China, India are among the countries which will not be signing or agreeing to it which is not surprising, given that Western nations which do sign it will effectively be impoverishing their own peoples and their own national stability, so why join the committed lemmings.)

This is the text of this ‘treaty’, and, as Lord Monckton correctly states, it is actually a document intended to lead to a world government, the transfer of wealth of developed, industrialized nations to third world countries (to satisfy “our” ‘climate debt’), and the authority, governance, financing and guidance of this are to be fully accountable only to the COP (the ‘Convention’ under the UN). The strategy for passage of this ‘climate change treaty’ would be effected by a “unilateral Presidential leadership (which) may prove necessary if Congress refuses to act”.
